What is the minimum order quantity for fabric?
The minimum order quantity for most of our fabrics is 0.5 meters. After the first half-meter, you can typically order in 10cm increments to ensure you get exactly what you need for your project.
Do you offer fabric samples before I commit to a full purchase?
Yes, we offer a sampling service for the majority of our stocked fabrics. You can order individual swatches through the product page to verify the color, weight, and handle of the material.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping times vary based on the destination and selected courier.
Can I return fabric if I change my mind?
Please note that once fabric has been cut to your specific length requirements, it cannot be returned unless it is faulty. We highly recommend ordering a sample first if you are unsure about a selection.
Are the colors on screen an exact match to the physical fabric?
We strive to photograph our fabrics in natural light to provide the most accurate representation. However, due to variations in monitor settings and mobile screens, we cannot guarantee an exact color match.
Do you provide wholesale pricing for large orders?
We offer tiered pricing and discounts for bulk purchases on full bolts of fabric. Please contact our customer service team with your specific requirements for a formal quote.
