Ensure your fabric is in its original, uncut condition and that you have all original packaging and receipts from your order.

Contact our customer service team via email with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and the appropriate shipping address.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in a moisture-resistant mailer to protect the textiles from damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund
